Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate to support our high-voltage electrical distribution operations.

In this energetic role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth warehouse distribution processes, managing inventory control, and operating heavy equipment. Your safety oriented proactive approach will support order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and materials handling to keep our supply chain moving efficiently. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse management and heavy equipment operation while contributing to a collaborative and safety-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment

• Load and unload trucks safely with pallet jacks, and forklifts

• Maintain accurate inventory management through regular stock counts and inventory control procedures

• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and trucks in compliance with OSHA standards

• Assist with shipping & receiving activities, ensuring timely processing of inbound and outbound shipments

• Support warehouse distribution tasks including stocking, materials handling, packaging, and order fulfillment

Requirements

• Proven warehouse experience with a strong understanding of inventory management and warehouse distribution processes

• Valid certification or experience operating heavy equipment including forklifts, trucks, and pallet jacks

• Familiarity with warehouse safety protocols such as OSHA regulations to ensure a safe working environment

• Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently while maintaining proper ergonomic practices

• Must be able to bend, reach above shoulders level, pull, prolonged standing and /or sitting.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory control and stock accuracy

• Ability to effectively communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers

• Current drivers license with clean driving record

• Electrical, construction or utility experience is a plus
